Simona Halep arriving today in Paris for treatment to try a good recovery to play Roland Garros. The MRI scan shows a torn ligament from the Simona’s fall in Rome Final against Svitolina, where Halep experienced an ankle problem that began in the second set.
“I had pain, and I still have pain when I walk,” she told press. “I had many on the other leg, but this one is new” said Simona last Sunday.
“I’m keeping my fingers crossed for Roland Garros and will do everything possible to be ready. Doctors say it’s 50/50 (to play) at the moment but it’s made good improvement since Sunday” post Halep today in her Instagram account.
